Cisco has published a success story about the service provided by Altus to Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS). The service is called Altus SmartConnect and is based on Cisco Smart Care, which is the foundation on top of which Cisco partners can design and offer their own customized service offerings. The document is both available in English and Spanish.

Altus has achieved the ATP (Authorized Technology Provider) specialization in the ISE (Identity Services Engine) solution. This authorization is granted by Cisco by invitation only, after a strict training and evaluation process.
