Validate: We use the Design Thinking methodology to achieve this step. What is sought is to confirm business results, needs and pains internally and/or externally. We do this through frequent conversations with line-of-business units and the IT departments that advise them.

Raise awareness: We seek to know the characteristics and functions that the solution will have to achieve business results. Our staff is constantly updating to be able to make the best recommendations. With experience we have found that sometimes it is making small changes to what is already in place, other times it could be an infrastructure update or a new software developer, but even suggesting less technology is not off the table.

Take advantage of what you have learned: Having internal sponsors for a project is key to success. We help you identify these people and train them if necessary.

Tracking: A follow-up is carried out, measuring the KPIs, of the product or solution and its characteristics. We work with your company to understand how and what can be measured to provide key information for the success of the project.

Implement: We collaborate with you processes to incorporate the project into your projects and make you get more out of your investment.
